Just a quick email to let you know how much I've grown to appreciate you and your expertise since Tuesday, May 25th, 2010. As soon as I heard your courteous response when I first called your office Tuesday, I knew I had found a winner at your Nationwide Office. Your professionalism and the smiles I could hear in your voice were music to my ears. In this day and age, most companies get so involved in modern technology eg: voice response systems, that they forget how customers/clients are starving for a real live person.

The second time I realized I had picked a winner was when you said you would get back to me that same afternoon, and low and behold, two hours later you were calling me with some information I was delighted to hear.

The third time, was when I made an appointment with you on Thursday, May 27th, and you were there with that smile that I had heard in your voice on Tuesday, answering all of my questions and helping me to make important decisions regarding car and renters insurance policies.

You are the first insurance person since I moved to Texas 3.5 yrs ago, that has treated me and my business with respect, making me feel I was just as important as your first client.
